Prologue

The Kii Peninsula is home to untouched nature after many years and the Kumano Kodo, which has been registered as a World Heritage site. It has long been called the "Land of revival," and today many people from all over the world visit this place in search of it.

The natural skincare brand KODOrロゴマーク was born as a product of the mountain village promotion and revitalization project in Shirahama-cho, Nishimuro-gun, Wakayama Prefecture. 2021 was a full three years of research into raw material resources, prototype development, brand marketing research, and market research, and we took the time to carefully develop the brand with the "aim of coexisting with nature and local communities. We took our time to develop the concept and philosophy of a skincare brand that "aims to coexist in harmony with nature and the local community.

 

Chapter 1

In 2024, Hitotoki Co., Ltd. took over the natural skincare business born in the "Land of revival". We will contribute to the preservation of the global environment and the revitalization of local communities through the development of products and business activities using "100% natural ingredients" made from carefully selected raw materials.
