SHIPPING

The following rates will apply depending on the purchase price.

・Shipping fee will be 880 yen (tax included) nationwide for packages with a total outside dimensions of 60 cm or less (length, width, and depth).
・If the package size exceeds 60 cm, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
・The delivery company is Sagawa Express. Only in Okinawa Prefecture, Yamato Transport will be used.

The following credit cards are accepted(Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover)/Google Pay / Apple Pay / Shop Pay。
*We use Shopify Payments for credit card payments; Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkout.

*Payment will be automatically deducted from your account in accordance with the terms and conditions of your credit card company.

Our basic policy is to ship within 3 business days after the order is confirmed.
*The arrival date of the ordered products may vary depending on the region.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to road traffic conditions, etc.

Shipping costs vary depending on where you live, the weight of your package and the shipping method you choose.

EMS or Small Packets (Japan Post) :

If you do not receive your goods, please first contact your local post office and then immediately contact cs@kodor.jp.
It is possible to reship the returned package, but you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

*Due to Covid-19 border control measures or the destination's situation, there may delays or disruptions to some international services/shipments.

Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days upon confirmation from our Japan warehouse.
Shipments are delivered by overseas courier service with registered tracking number attached.(Only EMS)
Delivery time may be affected due to festive holidays of the destination.

Unfortunately, we may not be able to change your shipping address once your order has been submitted.

Prices will be displayed and payments will be made in local currencies supported by Shopify Payment. Shipping and handling charges (included taxes which depend on countries) are not included in the listed price. All credit card transactions are processed securely by Shopify Payment. Does not keep any record of your credit card or other financial information. All financial transactions are encrypted securely and handled by Shopify Payment.

When shipping overseas, VAT (value-added tax) and import tax may be collected by the customs authorities of the country concerned.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for non-payment of VAT or import taxes.
We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.
Please contact your local customs office in regards to any customs and import duty charges.
